The terms that apply when you use this site and buy CurrentBody Skin products.

These terms and conditions govern your use of the official CurrentBody Skin website and any order you place through it. "We", "us" and "our" mean CurrentBody Skin, registered at Glasshouse, Alderley Park, Congleton Road, Nether Alderley, Cheshire, SK10 4ZE, United Kingdom.

You must be 18 or over to place an order on this site. By ordering, you confirm the details you give us are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.
When you place an order, we send an acknowledgement to confirm we have received it. A contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation, or otherwise accept your order in writing. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
Prices are shown on the site at the time you order and include VAT, GST or sales tax where it applies. International shipments may attract local import duties, which are your responsibility unless we say otherwise at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and take payment when you order.
We run identity and fraud checks on orders. For that we may share your details with payment processors and fraud prevention providers, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Delivery options and timeframes are shown at checkout. Unless we agree a specific date, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered, and title passes when we receive payment in full.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel, for any reason, and a further 14 days to send the goods back. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods or of you proving you sent them. You cover the cost of return unless the item was faulty or a substitute.
Some items are exempt for hygiene reasons, including sealed skincare once unsealed. If a device is faulty or not as described, you have 30 days to reject it for a refund, or you can choose a repair or a replacement.
CurrentBody Skin devices carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear, and it does not affect your statutory rights.
We work to keep product descriptions, specifications and images accurate, but screens vary and small differences can occur. Our devices are wellness and cosmetic products. They are not medical devices for diagnosing or treating a condition, and they do not replace advice from a qualified professional.
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you must not break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, transmit malware, scrape the site without permission, or interfere with its security or that of other users.
If you submit a review or other content, you keep ownership of it and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, adapt and display it in connection with our business. You confirm it is lawful and accurate. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything we cannot lawfully limit. Otherwise, we are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach. Our total liability for goods is limited to the price you paid for them.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order, and the current version always appears here with its date.
